Notorious hairdresser Jimmy Scissors (real name James Taylor) has gone missing from his East Inscis home, according to reports.

The hairdressing prodigy, who is the owner of the Short Back 'n Sides salon on Cutter Street, has not been since since 6am on January 19th, when he was caught on camera by the paparazzi having a heated argument with his younger brother and rival, Benny Toupee.

The two brothers, who used to own a salon together in their hometown of Crater, have become bitter rivals within the city, forming two hairdressing gangs that are known for terrorising customers that dare to visit a salon belonging to the opposition.

Scissors appointed himself leader of his gang and made his own salon headquarters - the gang call themselves S.B.S, and are said to be responsible for over 80% of all razor-related injuries that occurs in Inscis.

The relationship between the two brothers has been on the rocks in recent weeks, with Scissors distraught by claims that Toupee wished to start his own line of clip-in hair extensions, aimed mainly at West Inscis youths.

Scissors - who has tamed the tresses of stars such as Ozzy Osbourne and counts Britney Spears as one of his most famous clients - was unable to stand the thought of his name being tarnished in such a way and, according to our sources, quickly rejected Toupee's offer of a share in the new company.

A spokesman for Toupee said that the wigmaker was unavailable for comment last night, but insisted that claims that Scissors' disappearance is connected to Toupee's recent arrest are entirely untrue.

Jimmy Scissors' behaviour has grown increasingly erratic in recent times - the hairdresser to the stars, who claims to be the number one entry in VB's phonebook, has frequently been seen out on the town, behaving bizarrely whilst intoxicated. Last week he threatened to shave his head, destroying the luscious locks that he is so famous for, prompting his agent to insist that he was merely struggling to come terms with his brother's defection.
